for the past three weeks, i have been really frustrated with the public transportation drivers. they have been ripping me off. i don't understand why... but they will ask for 500RP (which really is only 5 cents, but i could buy A 5 candies with that) up to 1000RP more. i was just paying what i normally pay, but they say i have to pay more. so i thought maybe the prices went up, but no rather they had gone down. today i went to drop A at school and the man did it again. i gave him a 5000 and he gave me 3000 back. i wasn't going to have it anymore, so i told him where i got on and told him i needed another 1000. he gave it to me. i didn't want to shame him with all the people in the angkot (our public transportation), but enough is enough. i wasn't nasty or anything, but i wanted to make it known that i was paying the right amount.
they have also been driving really crazy. maybe because they are fasting and are irritated easily, but i have been close to many rearendings. frustrating right? ha ha...
so please continue to pray for safety.
one more week and fasting month is over. please continue to pray for the peoples as they do really pray for the Lord's favor... pray that Jesus will be real in their lives.
did i mention my sister is coming tomorrow? it's kind of crazy trying to get some things situated before she comes. hopefully i could get it all done by tomorrow, especially the internet.
